Veterans Ministry

 

St. Luke's has supported U.S. troops with letters of thanks and encouragement, care packages, and direct supplies.  Each year, we participate in a local Veterans Day celebration, offering small gifts and a salute to veterans service.  We have collected shoes, soccer balls, and new school supplies for soldiers to distribute in Iraq, to help win hearts with peace. In partnership with the V.A. Boston Healthcare System, St. Luke's members have collected and donated items to benefit clients of the V.A.
